BUHARI ISLAMISATION of Nigeria is real

Nwabueze claims Islamisation of Nigeria is real

– Prof Ben Nwabueze met with Igbo leaders of thought in Enugu
– The renowned lawyer said the country was about to be Islamised by the current administration
Prof Ben Nwabueze has lamented that the plan to Islamise Nigeria is real as evident from dominance of Muslims in the leadership position of the country’s security outfits.
Vanguard reports that Nwabueze raised this concern after a meeting of Igbo Leader of thought in Enugu.
Ben Nwabueze accuses President Buhari of Islamising Nigeria

The constitutional lawyer who was close to tears claimed that in spite of the provision of the constitution, Buhari had a grand plan to Islamise the country which was the reason for the meeting.
He said: “This is a very crucial meeting for us because we have not met for more than a year.
“And if you look at our agenda, such critical issues for discussion, issues like Islamisation agenda and its impact on the unity of the country.

“Islamisation agenda is real, it’s not something that somebody has just conjured up, it’s there. And it’s been implemented gradually. Look at the security agencies; every aspect of security islamists are in control in its entirety. They are methodically, the way they are going about its implementation. Look at Fulani herdsmen menace, it is part of it.”
He also spoke about the agitation for Biafra and claimed this was fuelled by the government’s neglect of the region.
“The agitation for Biafra, you will appreciate what is going on, to box the Igbo, to box them so that they will say, ah we are pulling out.
“And then, they will launch the final solution to the Igbo problem. Our people must not play into their hands. All these agitations, I support the agitation, but define your objective.
“What do you want? Self-determination, okay; that is the best thing, use it as a cover, don’t come out openly and say you are agitating because you want the sovereign state of Biafra. Sovereign state of Biafra within sovereign Nigeria? You have to be extremely tactful.
“On the Islamisation thing, we have listed a number of positions which will be embodied in the communiqué that will come out eventually. The Fulani herdsmen, our governors should meet and say we don’t want this anymore, let them go somewhere, let them open ahhhh… whatever they call it (ranches). But not here, yes these are the things we want.

What You Need to Know About ntel NG: 4G LTE Data, Tarrif Plans, Prices & Compatible Devices

After months of high hopes ntel 4G/LTE services. Finally, ntel is here with the launched of their first VoLTE service in Nigeria last Friday on 8th April. ntel is Nigeria’s most revolutionary telecommunications company which provides 4G LTE Advanced network that delivers super fast call-connect times, crystal clear Voice over LTE and extraordinarily high internet access speed (up to 230Mbps).

The ntel 4G LTE finally hits Abuja and Lagos, Nigeria and it would take some couple of months before Ntel 4G LTE reaches some other states in Nigeria. The internet access speed is amazing, those who purchased their sim card earlier can testify to it, up to 55.13Mbps on downloads and 24.40Mbps for uploads.

Here’s how you can reserve your custom ntel Number
  1. Go to their official website www.ntel.com.ng/reserve-generate
  2. Scroll down and click on "choose your own number"
  3. Next, fill in the important information in the field provided and once your number is ready, you’ll be contacted to pick up your personalized number. However, the available pickup states are Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt.
Below are the list of their data plans, tariff plans and prices, along with compatible smartphones.
  1. ntel Smartphone starter, offers unlimited data access, unlimited SMS with 30mins voice call which is valid for 3days. This offer goes for just N1,000.
  2.  ntel Standard plan, offers unlimited data access, unlimited SMS with 70mins voice call which is valid for 7days. This offer goes for just N2,400.
  3. ntel Monthly plan, offers unlimited data access, unlimited SMS with 300mins voice call which is valid for 30days. This offer goes for just N9,000.
Compatible smartphones include TecnoBoom J8, Tecno C5, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, Konka L5 70S(R1)(R2)(E1), Phantom 5, Infinix Zero 3 and Infinix Note 2 (2GB Ram version). Since the listed smartphones are 4G LTE enabled smartphones, I can assume that their plans will be compatible with every 4G LTE enabled smart phones.

Fair usage policy now attached to their unlimited data access, this is due to the fact that most individuals are likely to use their unlimited data access for commercial purpose.

According to ntel, “customers likely to be affected by this policy are those who generate large volumes of traffic; often have file-sharing software or peer-to-peer/torrent apps on their phones or tablets; and download large-format files such as music, videos and movies consistently”. However, it’s also noted that any customer who uses above 3GB data daily would be slowed down to 512bps, if done continuously might get disconnected or blocked.

If you have already purchased their sim card and tested their network, kindly share your savoir faire about ntel services.

BBLite Alternative - MTN Music Plus Unlimited Surfing With Just N15

I don't know why Nigeria Network providers are so stinging like this. Imagine a country like Sudan pay less than N500 to enjoy unlimited browsing for 30days, Ghana people can use N200 card to watch a live full football match with their device, while Indian people enjoy data bonus up to 100GB for recharging the card, but Nigerians are paying N100 for 10mb data. WHY?

Most of our sure VPN's are now tracked down, unlimited surfing with affordable price are not possible for now. MTN BB10 plans are the best unlimited cheapest data plan that we have been using for long, now it is no longer connecting on some selected SIM cards, though it is still working for limited people.

When, nothing is permanent in this life. One thing I know is that this is not the end of using MTN BB10 plans on PC, Android and other devices. The loophole will continue to exist in all telecommunication systems. Don’t worry guys, I will always update you about the latest info. Just let be patient for a while, another alternative will be provided very soon.

No matter how hard, we just have to be online, MTN Music plus is what we are managing for now. I believed that we are all already familiar with it. We really enjoyed it, before MTN decided to stop the auto renewal, but now, you can continue activating the auto renewal and making it unlimited again, N15 airtime is only what you need to get 150MB and you can use it on all devices without any advance settings.

How to Subscribe For MTN Music+ With #15
» Make sure you have at least #15 in your MTNsim
» Text C to 5900
» Your #15 will be deducted and you will be given 150MB

How to Make It Unlimited
» Once you have exhaust the given 150MB and you want to renew it, simply Send cancel7c to 5900 and this will allow you to unsubscribe from the plan.
» Now resend C to 5900 to get another 150MB with another #15
» The more data you need, the more your N15 will be deducted. Just keep on requesting after you have exhausted your 150MB.

Assuming you received 150MB more than 7 times, you only spend N105.
150MB x 7 = 1000MB (1GB)

How to Use it on iPhone/iPad
» Download Open vpn from iTunes here, if you don’t have it already
» Download Music Plus config file here
» Import the config file and connect.

Note: This config file works with all devices that supports Open VPN.

For Android Device Users
Use your normal music plus settings on Netify or ProNet, Sypon Shield, Psiphon vpn or follow the below settings;
» Tick Remove Port
» Proxy type: Real Host
» Proxy Server: musicplus.mtnonline.com/touch/index.html#index-page
» Real Proxy Type: Inject

» Select save and click on “tunnel whole device”.
Click on the option tab
» Region: All servers are working with it, but I preferred, United States Server to avoid unfamiliar language when browsing.

» Select more option, And check Connect through an HTTP” then select “Use the following settings:” then configure as.
» Host address: 10.199.212.2
» Port: 8080
Go Back and Connect.

How The 12 Apostles Of Jesus Christ Died

  • Jesus’ death on the cross, as described in the New
Testament, has become one of the most famous
events. But what happened to the 12 disciples who
were his closest followers? Not as much information
has survived about their fates, but here is what’s
available from various sources, including the New
Testament itself, apocryphal texts, early Christian
    historians, legends and lore.
1.• Simon, AKA Peter: Simon-Peter, who was appointed by Jesus the leader of the new sect, is viewed by Roman Catholics as the first pope, was eventually martyred in Rome during the reign of the emperor Nero.
As the story goes, Peter asked to be crucified upside
down, so that his death would not be the equal of
Jesus and the Romans supposedly obliged.

    2. • Andrew: According to 15th Century religious historian
Dorman Newman, Andrew—the brother of Peter—went
to Patras in western Greece in 69 AD, where the Roman
proconsul Aegeates debated religion with him.
Aegeates tried to convince Andrew to forsake
Christianity, so that he would not have to torture and
execute him. But when that didn’t work, apparently he
decided to give Andrew the full treatment. Andrew was scourged, and then tied rather than nailed to a cross, so that he would suffer for a longer time before dying.
Andrew lived for two days, during which he preached to
    passersby.

    3. • James (son of Zebedee, AKA James the Greater):
Acts 12:1-19 says that James was killed with a sword. The newly-appointed governor of Judea, Herod Agrippa, decided to ingratiate himself with the Romans by persecuting leaders of the new sect. After James was arrested and led to place of execution, his unnamed accuser was moved by his courage. He not only repented and converted on the spot, but asked to be
executed alongside James. The Roman executioners obliged, and both men were beheaded simultaneously.

5.• John: John was the only one of the original disciplesnot to die a violent death.
Instead, he passed away peacefully in Patmos in his old age, sometime around 100 AD.
6.• Philip: Philip, the first of Jesus’ disciples, became a missionary in Asia. Eventually, he traveled to the Egyptian city of Heliopolis, where he was scourged, thrown into prison, and crucified in 54 AD.
    7. • Bartholomew: Bartholomew supposedly preached in several countries, including India, where he translated the Gospel of Matthew for believers. In one account, “impatient idolaters” beat Bartholomew and then crucified him, while in another, he was skinned alive
    and then beheaded.

8.• Thomas: Apparently Thomas preached the gospel in Greece and India, where he angered local religious authorities, who martyred him by running him through with a spear.

    9. • Matthew: According to legend, the former tax
collector turned missionary was martyred in Ethiopia, where he was supposedly stabbed in the back by an swordsman sent by King Hertacus, after he criticized the king’s morals.
    10. • James (son of Alphaeus, AKA James the Less):
According to Foxe, James, who was elected by his fellow believers to head the churches of Jerusalem, was one of the longest-lived apostles, perhaps exceeded only by John. At the age of 94, he was beaten and stoned by persecutors, and then killed him by hitting him in the head with a club.
11.• Thaddaeus, AKA Lebbaeus, Judas or Jude: According to several stories, he was crucified at Edessa (the name of cities in both Turkey and Greece) in 72 AD.
    4. *Simon the Canaanite AKA the Zealot: Simon preached in Mauritania on the west coast of Africa, and then went to England, where he was crucified in 74 AD.

    12. • Judas Iscariot: According to Matthew 27:3-6, the treacherous apostle quickly felt remorse over his betrayal of Jesus and went to the Temple to recant.
When the high priests ignored his plea, he threw downthe 30 pieces of silver that he had been paid, and went off and hanged himself. But Acts 1:15-20, gives a
different and even grislier version of Judas’ demise. He says that Judas used the blood money to purchase a
piece of land and then fell headlong from a high place there, so that “he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.” Jerusalem residents subsequently named the place Aceldama, which means “the field of blood.”

Hundreds of admission seekers to the nation’s tertiary institutions and their parents on Tuesday stormed the Lagos State Governor’s Office in Alausa, Ikeja, and the state Assembly complex to protest against alleged manipulation of the 2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
The protesters demanded the cancellation of the exams and the removal of the Registrar of the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde.
The protesters, who faulted the conduct of the examination, described the exercise as a “big sham.”
The examination, conducted by JAMB, they alleged, was fraught with irregularities.
The examination, which started on February 27, will end on March 19.
While some of the candidates alleged that the board deliberately lowered their scores, some claimed that it arbitrarily awarded marks to many candidates.
The protesters, led by a group under the aegis of Concerned Parents and Education Stakeholders, displayed placards with inscriptions such as, ‘All we are saying give us our mark’, ‘Dibu must go; the only stumbling block in education progress’, ‘The Joint Admission and Manipulation Board, give us our real results’, and ‘The professor of test and management has outlived his usefulness’, among others.
The protesters, who occupied the gate of the Lagos State House of Assembly complex for many hours, said JAMB and its registrar had “lost focus on how to conduct a successful Computer-Based Test in the 21st century.
A candidate, Maryam Animashaun, who expressed disappointment with the conduct of the examination, claimed that she received three different results from JAMB.
Animashaun, who sat for the examination at the College of Education, Oro, Kwara State, said, “I am confused. I do not know what to do now. The first alert I received on the telephone from the board with regard to the examination showed that I scored 218. The second alert read 186, while the third one read 286.
“The surprising thing now is that I cannot print any of the results. On the website, the board claimed that I did not sit for the examination. Meanwhile, I sat for English, Government, Economics and Literature-in-English.”
Another candidate, Kalasuwe Adeola, who claimed she scored 220, said she obtained the same score in 2015.
She said, “I am sure JAMB did not mark this year’s UTME. If it did, why did they issue me the same result I obtained last year? In my printed result for this year, it was written 2015/2016 instead of 2016/2017. I sat for this year’s examination at the Bachel Model College, Lagos, on March 9. Unlike other candidates, I did not have any issue with my system during the examination.”
The National President of the Association of Tutorial Schools in Nigeria, Mr. Shodunke Olutodotun, lamented that over 10,000 candidates missed the UTME, while others had their marks deducted due to irregularities by JAMB.
“This year’s UTME will soon be concluded. We have a man called Prof. Dibu Ojerinde. This man has outlived his usefulness in JAMB. He seems to be more powerful than the country’s president.
“The protesters are the victims; their destinies are being finished by Dibu. Most of the protesters that had their exam in Delta State had the exam in a shrine. A lot of them got results before they sat for the exam.
“We are appealing to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and the Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, to send signal to Abuja to stop UTME. If they don’t do that, we will go to Abuja.
“How will someone sit for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and the next thing he sees are Economics, Commerce and Government?”
Describing the exam as a fraud, a parent, Mr. Bunmi Elujula, urged the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, to look into the complaints of the candidates urgently.
Apart from awarding arbitrary scores to candidates, Elujula said many candidates had problems with their systems.
He said, “Many candidates were allocated between 40 and 60 additional marks. What are the criteria for this arbitrariness? The strange thing is that JAMB started the CBT two years ago, why is this year’s exam a big flop? I have not seen candidates and parents complain this way about the exam in the past. I plead with the authorities to look into their grievances.”
But JAMB described the organisers of the protest as “blackmailers”.
In a statement by its Head of Public Relations, Dr Fabian Benajmin, the board said some proprietors, whose examination centres did not receive accreditation for the test, were behind the protest.
The statement read in part, “The board had approved centres provided by these individuals to be used for the 2016 exercise. Unfortunately, it could not approve those centres lacking in all the indices needed for a successful CBT.
“These same proprietors turned around to organise candidates to protest against our activities. We are not perfect as an organisation, but we are working hard to ensure that Nigerian education is better than it is. We have taken the risk to do the unthinkable so as to change the paradigm.
“We will continue to call on Nigerians to give us the benefits of doubt and with their collective support; we will give them one of the best CBT globally. It is no news that the worst CBT is far better than the best Paper and Pencil Test. At least, the era of candidates pouring acid on JAMB officials, bolting with question papers into the bush and all unthinkable embarrassing acts are gone.”

Reps to FG: Direct JAMB to suspend Computer- based
    Exams
by Victor, oluwasegun And Dele Anofi, Abuja, March 17,
2016 at 4:42 pm in News, News Update
The House of Representatives on Thursday urged the
Federal Government to direct Joint Admissions
Matriculation Board (JAMB) to suspend the computer
based 2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination
    test.
The decision of the House was sequel to the adoption the
prayers of a motion brought under matters of urgent
public importance by a member, Hon. Oghene Egoh (PDP-
    Lagos).
The lawmaker while moving the motion said there was
need for JAMB to revert to the paper examination until
the board was ready to conduct a hitch-free Computer
    Based Test (CBT).
According to him, over a million candidates who sat for
the computer based UTME recorded various degrees of
    technical hitches.
The technical hitches, he said, jeopardised the candidates’
chances of gaining admission into the universities.
His words: “Already serious admission problem is rocking
the nation because already JAMB receives huge allocation
    from Federal Government every year.
“Yet they charge candidates all manner of fees and
majority of the children do not gain admission either
because of the technical hitches of the CBT or the post
UTME introduced by various tertiary institutions,” Egor
    said.
Egoh said that while some candidates are getting
conflicting scores in the ongoing exercise, others are
    complaining of malfunctioning computers.
He said: “There were instances of double-option answers,
computers were malfunctioning and suddenly short down
causing absurdity that place some candidates in
    disadvantaged position.”
Aishatu Dukku (APC-Gombe) opined that JAMB was not
ready for the computer based option, adding that JAMB

    JAMB 2016/2017

SOME BASIC COMMANDS YOU MUST KNOW

Microsoft has slowly but surely pushed the command line aside in the Windows interface. This is not without reason, as it’s an antiquated and mostly unnecessary tool from an era of text-based input that has long passed.
But there still are some commands that remain useful, and Windows 8 even added new features. Here are the commands every Windows user needs to know.
In case you’re not sure how to access the command prompt, forgot basic commands, or would like to know how to see a list of  switches for each command, you can refer to our beginners guide to the Windows command line for instructions.

ASSOC

assoccmd2
Most files in Windows are associated with a specific program that is assigned to open the file by default. At times, remembering these associations can become confusing. You can remind yourself by entering the command “assoc” to display a full list of file extensions and the programs they’re connected with.
You can also extend the command to change file associations. For example, “assoc .txt=” will change the file association for text files to whatever program you enter after the equal sign. The ASSOC command itself will reveal both the extension names and program names, which will help you properly use this command. You can probably do this more easily in the GUI, but the command line interface is a perfectly functional alternative.

Cipher

ciphercmd
Deleting files on a mechanical hard drive doesn’t really delete them at all. Instead, it marks the files as no longer accessible and the space they took up as free. The files remain recoverable until they’re overwritten with new data, which can take some time.
The cipher command, however, can be used to wipe a directory by writing random data to it. To wipe your C drive, for example, you’d use the command “cipher /w:c”, which will wipe free space on the drive. The command does not overwrite undeleted data, so you will not wipe out files you need by running this command.
There’s also a host of other cipher commands, however, they are generally redundant with Bitlocker enabled versions of Windows.

Driverquery

driverquerycmd
Drivers remain among the most important software installed on a PC. Improperly configured or missing drivers can cause all sorts of trouble, so its good to have access to a list of what’s on your PC. That’s exactly what the “driverquery” command does. You can extend it to “driverquery -v” to obtain more information including the directory in which the driver is installed.

File Compare

This command can be used to identify differences in text between two files, and is particularly useful for writers and programmers trying to find small changes between two versions of a file. Simply type “fc” and then the directory path and file name of the two files you want to compare.
fccmd
You can also extend the command in several ways. Typing “/b” compares only binary output, “/c” disregards the case of text in the comparison, and “/l” only compares ASCII text.
So, for example, you could use the following:
fc /l "C:\Program Files (x86)\example1.doc" "C:\Program Files (x86)\example2.doc"
to compare ASCII text in two word documents.

Ipconfig

This command relays the IP address that your computer is currently using. However, if you’re behind a router (like most computers today), you’ll instead receive the local network address of the router.
Still, ipconfig is useful because of its extensions. “ipconfig /release” followed by “ipconfig /renew” can force your Windows PC into asking for a new IP address, which is useful if your computer claims one isn’t available. You can also use “ipconfig /flushdns” to refresh your DNS address. These commands are great if the Windows network troubleshooter chokes, which does happen on occasion.

Netstat

Entering the command “netstat -an” will provide you with a list of currently open ports and related IP addresses. You’ll also be told what state the port is in – listening, established or closed. This is a great command if you’re trying to troubleshoot the devices your PC is connected to or you’re afraid you’re infected with a Trojan and are trying to locate a malicious connection.

Ping

pingcmd
Sometimes, you need to know whether or not packets are making it to a specific networked device. That’s where ping comes in handy. Typing “ping” followed by an IP address or web domain will send a series of test packets to the specified address. If they arrive and are returned, you know the device is capable of communicating with your PC; if it fails, you know that there’s something blocking communication between the device and your computer. This can help you decide if an issue is caused by improper configuration or a failure of network hardware.

Pathping

This is a more advanced version of ping that’s useful if there are multiple routers between your PC and the device you’re testing. Like ping, you use this command by typing “pathping” followed by the IP address, but unlike ping, pathping also relays some information about the route the test packets take.

Tracert

tracertcmd
The “tracert” command is similar to pathping. Once again, type “tracert” followed by the IP address or domain you’d like to trace. You’ll receive information about each step in the route between your PC and the target. Unlike pathping, however, tracert also tracks how much time (in milliseconds) each hop between servers or devices takes.

Powercfg

Powercfg is a very powerful command for managing and tracking how your computer uses energy. You can use the command “powercfg /hibernate on” and “powercfg /hibernate off” to manage hibernation, and you can also use the command “powercfg /a” to view the power-saving states currently available on your PC.
Another useful command is “powercfg /devicequery s1_supported” which displays a list of devices on your computer that support connected standby. When enabled, these devices can be used to bring your computer out of standby – even remotely. You can enable this by selecting the device in Device Manager, opening its properties, going to the Power Management tab and then checking the “Allow this device to wake the computer” box.
“Powercfg /lastwake” will show you what device last woke your PC from a sleep state. You can use this command to troubleshoot your PC if it seems to wake from sleep at random.
powercfgcmd
The “powercfg /energy” command can be used to build a detailed power consumption report for your PC, which is output to a directory indicated after the command finishes. This report will let you know of any system faults that might increase power consumption, like devices that are blocking certain sleep modes, or which aren’t properly configured to respond to your power management settings.
Windows 8 added “powercfg /batteryreport”, which provides a detailed analysis of battery use, if applicable. Normally output to your Windows user directory, the report provides details about the time and length of charge and discharge cycles, lifetime average battery life, and estimated battery capacity.

Shutdown

As of Windows 8/8.1 there is now a shutdown command that – you guessed it! – shuts down your computer. This is of course redundant with the already easily accessed shutdown button, but what’s not redundant is the “shutdown /r /o” command, which restarts your PC and launches the Advanced Start Options menu, which is where you can access Safe Mode and Windows recovery utilities. This is useful if you want to restart your computer for troubleshooting purposes.

System File Checker

System File Checker is an automatic scan and repair tool that focuses on Windows system files. You will need to run the command prompt with administrator privileges and enter the command “sfc /scannow”. If any corrupt or missing files are found, they’ll be automatically replaced using cached copies kept by Windows for just that purpose. The command can require a half-hour to run on older notebooks.

Recovery Image

recimgcmd
Virtually all Windows 8/8.1 computers ship from the factory with a recovery image, but the image may include bloatware you’d rather not have re-installed. Once you’ve un-installed the software you can create a new image using the “recimg” command. Entering this command presents a very detailed explanation of how to use it. You must have administrator privileges to use the recimg command, and you can only access the custom recovery image you create via the Windows 8 “refresh” feature.

Tasklist

The “tasklist” command can be used to provide a current list of all tasks running on your PC. Though somewhat redundant with Task Manager, the command may sometimes find tasks hidden from view in that utility.
tasklist
There’s also a wide range of modifiers. “Tasklist -svc” shows services related to each task, “tasklist -v” can be used to obtain more detail on each task, and “tasklist -m” can be used to locate .dll files associated with active tasks. These commands are useful for advanced troubleshooting.

Taskkill

Tasks that appear in the “tasklist” command will have an executable and process ID (a four-digit number) associated with them. You can force stop a program using “taskkill -im” followed by the executable’s name, or “taskkill -pid” followed by the process ID. Again, this is a bit redundant with Task Manager, but may be used to kill otherwise unresponsive or hidden programs.

Conclusion

This article doesn’t cover every Windows command available. There are literally hundreds of them when all variables are included. Most, however, are no longer useful because they’ve been replaced by more convenient menus in the Windows GUI or simply aren’t commonly used (telnet, for example)
