How to Tweak or Change your Android Phone IMEI Without Rooting – Non-rooted phones
We assume that you are using a dual sim phone; in that case your Etisalat sim card (or any of the networks you want to subscribe) is in the SIM 1.
1. Click here to download and install MTK Engineering Mode(Playstore)
2. Open the installed app and select “MTK Settings”
3. If you are in the Telephony Menu, swipe your screen to the left to see the “Connectivity Menu”
4. Locate “CDS Information” and tap on it
5. On the next screen, locate “Radio Information” and tap on it
6. On the next screen (Phone options) select “Phone1” (if your sim is in SIM1)
7. Locate the search box beside “AT+” and type in any letter.
8. After typing, delete the letter you just typed and tap on Phone1 to display this info: AT+EGMR=1,7,””
9. Place your cursor in the middle of the double quote “I” and type in the 15 digits IMEI you had earlier generated. It should display like this: AT+EGMR=1,7,”353709061234567”
10. Confirm the 15 digits and tap on the “SEND AT COMMAND”, you will get the notification, “AT Command Msent”
11. Return to the main menu and reboot your phone
12. When your phone restart, confirm the configuration message first
13. When you get the message, it means the IMEI has been changed successfully. Now go to the next step, is to subscribe

How to Tweak or Change your Android Phone IMEI – Rooted phones
Using Android Terminal Emulator
For Single SIM device
1. Click here to download and install Terminal Emulator(PlayStore)
2. Open the installed app and type SU on the prompt, then tap on “Enter” to grant superuser permissions.
3. Then type the following command, replace the IMEI_DIGITS with your generated 15 digits IMEI
echo ‘AT+EGMR=1,7,”IMEI_DIGITS” >/dev/pttycmd1
or echo AT+EGMR=1*7* IMEI_DIGITS >/dev/pttycmd1
4. Tap “Enter” and reboot your device
For Dual SIM device
1. Click here to download and install Terminal Emulator(PlayStore)
2. Open the installed app and type SU on the prompt, then tap on “Enter” to grant superuser permissions.
3. Then type the following command, replace the IMEI_DIGITS with your generated 15 digits IMEI

How to Tweak or Change your Android Phone IMEI – Rooted phones
Using PC
This is one of the advantages of having a rooted phone, everything is much easier. You will need a PC for this method.
First, on your phone, make sure your phone is in USB debugging Mode. “Settings” > “Developer Options” > Check the box beside “USB debugging”, and then connect your phone to your laptop through the USB.
1. Click here to download MTKDroid Tools zip folder (10mb) to your PC.
2. Extract the downloaded zip folder to your desktop.
3. Open the folder and locate MTKDroid Tools.exe
4. Click to open and confirm that your phone is connected (Showing on the application).
5. Click on the “ROOT” button and confirm that the Yellow bar turns Green (You may have to check your phone screen to grant superuser permissions if necessary).
6. Click on the IMEI button
7. On the pop-up box, insert your already generated IMEI into SIM1 and click on “Change IMEI”
8. Restart your phone and subscribe to the promo offer.
